Our brand new, redesigned wetland filter components are almost here, and we can't wait to share them with you. 

Why We Love Wetland Filtration

There's a reason wetland filtration has always been one of our favourite pond filtration solutions. It works with nature rather than against it, pushing water up through filter media and aquatic plants, naturally stripping out nutrients and waste, and returning clean, beautiful water back to your pond.

It's effective, it's elegant, and when it's set up right it's a joy to own.

But we knew we could make it even better. So we did. 

Our Redesigned Wetland Filter Components

The goal with this redesign was simple, to make installation faster, filtration more powerful, and maintenance easier than ever before.

At the foundation of the system, the redesigned Centipede® Module V2 evenly distributes incoming water across the wetland filter bed, slowing it down so heavier solids can settle before reaching the biological filtration media above. Multiple modules snap together in series, making it easy to build out larger or more complex wetland filter designs across any Australian pond project.

Sitting above that is the FilterBlox™ Module, the biological heart of the new system. Packed with internal Biological Filter Tubes, it provides 441% more surface area than traditional gravel beds for beneficial bacteria to colonise and break down excess nutrients. Better pond filtration, less maintenance, and a much easier cleanout when the time comes.

Tying it all together is the redesigned Snorkel® Vault V2, which gives you one central access point for the entire wetland filter. The larger opening and reinforced body make servicing straightforward, simply drop in a cleanout pump, backflush the filter and you’re done.

Every component has been engineered to slide together securely, making builds cleaner and quicker. Something our Certified Aquascape Contractors across Australia will really appreciate.
